Insurgence 5 – Vampire Diaries Convention

I have had a fantastic weekend in Birmingham attending Rogue Events Vampire Diaries convention Insurgence 5.

There were lots of opportunities to meet the guests such as autograph and photo sessions plus panel talks both days.I stuck with autographs and spending most of my time listening to the panel talks.

The guests attending were

IAN SOMERHALDER

Now this man is such an inspiration after both of his talks you felt great with an emphasis on ISF he made you want to make a better world.Also really friendly at the autograph session as yes he is just as hot in real life.

MATT DAVIS

I have liked Matt for a long time especially his awkwardness but he did seem a little uncomfortable on the saturday talk only to completly break out of his shell even doing the Harlem Shuffle in the middle of the room.He is such a down to earth guy.

CANDICE ACCOLA

Candice is such a kind person so softly spoken she even looked a little shy but when Michael Trevino joined her on stage she really seemed to relax and she was a real pleasure to listen to.

KAT GRAHAM

I loved Kat’s panel talks she was very modest and kind to the fans that asked questions even doing a little harlem shake herself.

NATE BUZOLIC

He always so humble and loves to mingle with everyone,there are no airs and graces he is just honest and endearing a real pleasure to listen to.

MICHAEL TREVINO

Michael did his panel talks alongside Candice and he was very witty and really seemed to compliment Candice.

TODD WILLIAMS & RICK WORTHY

These two were fantastic in their panel talk giving us singing,dancing and lots of how they say ‘chocolate love’ really enjoyed it.

SEBASTIAN ROCHE

Now I have left Sebastian to last but to honest he was the highlight of the weekend.His panel talks were so rude & naughty but hilarious.With his get up and party tune Get Lucky by Daft Punk and the Harlem Shuffle he had everyone moving on a sunday morning.Totally loved him.

There will be an Insurgence 6 but im not sure who the guests will be.If you are a fan of TVD you should go it is a great weekend not to be missed.
